over your face and leave it for 10-15 min. Rinse with fresh water.
Tea Tree Oil: this oil is extracted from leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia. This oil is well known for the fight against bacteria and also reduce skin inflammation. Mix 1 part of the oil with 9 parts of water. Apply on the face with cotton. Apply moisturizer if needed. You can repeat this 1-2 times in a day for best result.
Aloe vera: Aloe vera is a well-known plant and used in every skin problem. Extract some gel from a plant and apply it on the skin. Repeat it 1-2 times per day. You can also buy readymade aloe vera gel from the market also.
Fish oil supplements: Fish oil contains Omega-3 fatty acids. Which is incredibly healthy for the skin. You can take the supplement regularly.Avoid Dairy products: drinking milk or consuming dairy products may cause hormonal changes and lead to acne/pimples. So avoid dairy products for some time.
Reduce stress: Stress also increases skin inflammation and makes acne worse. To reduce
stress and do yoga if possible.
