Home remedies for hair fall
Everyone wants glossy, shiny and strong hair. But because of many reasons we all are suffering from many hair problems in which hair fall is a very common problem.
There are many reasons for hair fall like nutritional deficiency, hormonal imbalance, thyroid, Poly cystic ovary syndrome, stress (very common nowadays), and one more is using hair styling products with chemicals.
These are some basic reason for hair fall
So here are some tips to Prevent hair fall:
Shampoo: Always use shampoo according to your scalp. Don't over wash as it makes dry our scalp and reduces its oil. Make sure the shampoo you are using is not loaded with chemical including sulfate, parable and silicone. They make your tresses brittle and prone to breakage.
Conditioner: Always use a conditioner after every hair wash. A good conditioner can work
wonders for your lock. It contains amino acids that help to repair damaged hair and make them smooth and string.
Diet and regular exercise: Always take a balanced diet. Proper nutrition, plenty of protein and also regular exercise makes your hair long and strong. Yoga and meditation are very effective to prevent hair fall.
Oiling: Massage of oil improves blood circulation and make scalp strong. Massage your scalp with hot oil and cover it off with a mild shampoo and wash it after 2 hours.
Egg hair mask: Eggs are the main source of sulfur, phosphorus, selenium, iodine, zinc and protein which help promote hair growth and reduce hair fall.Add one egg with a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of olive oil and beat to make a paste.Apply this paste from root to tip of the hair. After 15-20 min wash with mild shampoo.
Coconut milk: Coconut milk is very beneficial for hair. Grate coconut and simmer it for 5
minutes. Let it for cool and then add one teaspoon black pepper powder and fenugreek seeds and apply on scalp. After 20 min, wash with mild shampoo.
Yoghurt and Honey: You can make a mask with yoghurt and honey, it provides your hair
protein. Mix 2 tablespoon of yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of honey and lemon juice in a bowl.
Apply it on scalp and roots. Leave it for half an hour and then wash with cold water. You can use it once a week.
Aloe vera: Aloe vera is an effective home remedy for hair loss and hair growth. Apply aloe vera gel on your scalp for 45 min. Rinse with normal water. Use this 4 times in a week.
Onion juice: Onion has antibacterial properties which fight against scalp infection. Onion juice promotes hair growth and control hair fall.
Proper diet: Iron deficiency is the main reason for hair fall. So intake spinach also. Carrots are also a good source of vitamin A and iron. Carrots are known to add the thickness of hair, make hair lustrous, improve blood circulation, strengthen the hair, and also protects the hair from external damage. Add oats in your diet. Oats are the source of fibre, zinc, iron,omega-6. So taking proper diet, proper sleep, yoga, meditation, exercise may also prevent hair fall.
